All new clients must complete a virtual consultation

Consultations are required before any install or extension service

Photos and/or video of your natural hair may be requested to ensure best results
POLICY

All clients must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance

If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will not transfer

All extension services require a consultation

All consultations are virtual and must be completed before booking any service

Appointments made without a prior consultation will be canceled

There is a 15-minute grace period

If you do not arrive within the grace period, your appointment will be automatically canceled

Deposits are forfeited for no-shows and late cancellations

Book every service needed — add-ons cannot be added at the appointment as this is a long service

To make changes to your appointment, please contact us directly through our Riches Hair & Extensions chat box on the website

Please arrive alone to maintain a private, comfortable environment

The booking calendar opens on the 19th of each month at 8:00 p.m.
